Dynamic Aging with Emily Phillips

Sundays, 9:30–11 AM

This is me with my 102-year-old grandma. She has since passed, but I hold on to her teachings and memory dearly. She taught me the keys to living a long and dynamic life: to be grateful, to be active, and to meditate. 

In these 90-minute group exercise classes, we will focus on skills and practices to enhance and improve our mobility, balance, and strength. as well as our sense of well-being. We'll begin in the studio, and will end outside, where we'll use nature as our gym. All are welcome.
