  • Sonic Flow Writing Workshop

    Saturday, May 31, 2 PM

    In a “sonic flow” workshop, the sound journey is intended to be a catalyst for accessing the flow state, to inspire creativity in free-writing and artistic practices. Enjoy a meditative sound bath followed by an invitation to write, draw, or engage in any personal creative practice. Close with a short group discussion.

  • Woodworking Workshop: Shaker Boxes

    June 14 and June 15, 2025, 10 AM to 2 PM

    Woodworker and designer Graham Parks will be leading a two-day workshop that teaches you how to make Shaker boxes. Walk in empty-handed and walk out with your own set of four! All you’ll have to do is decide which color you want to paint them when you get home.

  • "Colonization and the Wampanoag Story" Book Group

    Join the Aquinnah Cultural Center and Stillpoint in a series of conversations and activities tied to Linda Coombs's book, Colonization and the Wampanoag Story. Participants will engage in intergenerational dialogue around the topics and themes of the book, and finish by engaging in activities tied to the reading.

  • Dynamic Aging with Emily Phillips

    In these 90-minute group exercise classes, we will focus on skills and practices to enhance and improve our mobility, balance, and strength. as well as our sense of well-being. We'll begin in the studio, and will end outside, where we'll use nature as our gym. All are welcome.

  • Waves of Remembering: Ancestral Healing and Transformation on Martha’s Vineyard

    Monthly Circles: 5:30–8:30 PM on 5/7, 6/4, 7/30, 8/20, 9/10, 10/8, 11/19, and 12/10

    This workshop series will introduce systemic family constellations, a simple yet sophisticated experiential process deeply rooted in connection and transformation. Together, we’ll learn heart-led practices inviting us to see, feel, and honor the intergenerational patterns that shape life on Martha’s Vineyard.
